Community halls can open for all activities, effective March 8th

COVID-19 cases have been lowering and vaccination programs have advanced, such that on March 8 the Province announced an easing on COVID-19 restrictions, including the opening of all Calgary’s community halls.  Capacity restrictions will continue to preclude event size consistent with the type of events generally hosted at our community hall. The earliest the next round of possible easing of COVID protocols is scheduled for March 22.  We will be monitoring this progress but will remain focused on health safety first due to the continuing children’s preparatory school usage of these facilities during the weekdays.

    Want to make meal-times easier?

No Time to Waste? No Money to Waste?

Do you love to cook? Do you hate to cook?

Join us by Zoom Thursday January 28, 2021, from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m.

We will do a complete meal prep – we should be eating in 45 minutes and you’ll receive all the recipes by e-mail. We can help you save time, save money, and (hopefully) keep everyone happy.

I’m just a home cook like you (and Tupperware representative). I have no time to waste and no money to waste. I have found a way to make meal prep and cooking so much easier and faster, and to stop food waste in my home. Let me show you some of the tips and tricks I’ve learned. 10% of any sales and $10 for every private party booked will be donated to the Cambrian Heights Community Association.

To register and get your Zoom link, please send an email to chca_hall@telus.net.

Any other questions, feel free to contact DEBLN@telus.net.
