Did you know that there are new maps available on calgary.ca that outline the pathways, sidewalks and overpasses that are cleared of snow by the City?
These maps not only show the areas that are cleared of snow but they also identify the business unit that does the clearing. This helps to ensure that citizens’ requests for snow clearing are directed to the appropriate business unit not only by 311 agents but by the citizens themselves through the online or handheld app service requests.
